Rationale

The real battle field for increase in market share is in the bank branches. Bank branches reflect the true image and capability of rural banks. Thus, this course equip rural banks with management tools that enables them to adapt, sustain and increase client patronage amidst their highly competitive market territory.

1. To be able to review and practice business planning methodologies particularly for branch management application;
2. To recognize and uphold the value of discipline as a management tool towards productivity; and

* Registration fee per participant includes: payment for honorarium of resource speakers, hand-outs & kits, IDs, Certificates of Completion, invitation and coordination services of RBAP/RBRDFI staff, cost of the training venue, meals of resource speakers and RBAP/RBRDFI staff, transportation of the resource speakers to and from the venue, and secretariat services during the training.
*Participants who will be able to pay 2 weeks before the scheduled training are entitled to a 5% discount from the above registration fee.
