Rationale
The real battle field for increase in market share is in the bank branches. Bank branches reflect the true image and capability of rural banks. Thus, this course equip rural banks with management tools that enables them to adapt, sustain and increase client patronage amidst their highly competitive market territory. Learning Objectives 1. To be able to review and practice business planning methodologies particularly for branch management application; 2. To recognize and uphold the value of discipline as a management tool towards productivity; and 3.
