Rationale
Cashiers play a critical role in the proper management of a rural bank. They act as assistant managers while managers are on field visits. Thus, Cashiers together with Tellers and New Account Officers need to understand certain accepted standards that may improve the effectiveness and efficiency of frontline service. Learning Objectives 1. Recognize the basic requirements in handling the cashiering operations of a bank. 2. Acquire the best practices on cashiering operation from which the participant may benchmark his bank’s existing practices. 3. Properly exercise the duties and responsibilities of a cashier in accordance with the internal and external regulation. 4. Efficiently manage the cashiering operations of the bank. ATM Operation (Optional) REGISTRATION FEES Manila Trainings : P2,500.00 per participant Note: * A maximum number of 30 participants. * Registration fee per participant includes: payment for honorarium of resource speakers, hand-outs & kits, IDs, Certificates of Completion, invitation and coordination services of RBAP/RBRDFI staff, cost of the training venue, meals of resource speakers and RBAP/RBRDFI staff, transportation of the resource speakers to and from the venue, and secretariat services during the training. *Participants who will be able to pay 2 weeks before the scheduled training are entitled to a 5% discount from the above registration fee. |
