2.) Fill-up GL/SCHAD Templates
3.) Send GL/SCHAD File (via e-mail/diskette/hardcopy form) to BSP-SRSO

Case Study:
Conversion of CSOC/CSIE Main to GL File using GL template (hardcopy form)
CSOC Schedules (Schedules 1 to 6) vs. SCHAD template (hardcopy form)

Day Two

Other Requirements
GL/SCHAD Templates (softcopy)

Computer Hands-On
-Encode data to GL/SCHAD Templates (softcopy)
-Save File/s in DBF format
-Validate GL/SCHAD Files and Schedules 1 to 6
-Send Reports to BSP-SRSO
